2015-2016 USLA CHAMPIONS Premier Uniform Policy
The following is the USLA Champions Premier policy concerning player uniform and dress during training and games. USLA seeks to ensure that every player and team is 100% uniformed in official & approved USLA apparel. If you have any questions or concerns in the matter, please speak to your Team Manager/Parent Leader prior to speaking to the Club Director of Operations. Thank you, - USLA STAFF
Each players BASIC UNIFORM cost is included in the annual/per season registration fee, this includes: 2 game jerseys, 1 training shirt, 1 pair of shorts, 1 pair of socks. Players have the option of purchasing additional uniform items at additional costs, to include: USLA Hooded Jacket, USLA Pants, and a USLA Backpack. Cost of the tracksuit (hooded jacket & pants) is $78 and backpack is $40.
***The additional uniform items can only be purchased if the ENTIRE team agrees to purchase as a whole. No single player on any team can purchase the additional uniform items without the rest of the teams agreement to do so as well. This policy helps USLA stay consistent to our mission to ensure that every player and team is 100% uniformed in official & approved USLA apparel. We understand that these additional items may conflict with the financial commitment already made to USLA, however we do hope that every team will seek fundraising options to help offset the costs of these items.
Players must purchase other required equipment such as shin guards, shoes, and a soccer ball (size varies per age division, please be sure you ask your trainer about size prior to purchase). The approved USLA Goalkeepers equipment is the responsibility of the player. Goalkeeper kits (padded jersey, padded shorts, and socks) can be purchased through USLA at $50 per kit. USLA feels it is extremely imperative that we build positive recognition through our dress, behavior, and playing style. We would like the Champions Premier Program to set the standard for our Club as a whole, and exemplify excellence & pride in all we do.
All Players Should:
1. Maintain club standards and arrive fully dressed in clean uniforms with equipment already on.
2. Attend Training Sessions in the approved Training Kit to include: - Gray Standard issued USLA Training Shirt, Solid Black Shorts, and Solid Black Socks
- Shoes (soccer cleats)
- Shin guards must be worn. If child fails to arrive without these, they will NOT be allowed to practice.
- Socks must be pulled up over shin guards
- No jewelry (to include earrings, watches, necklaces, rings, etc...)
3. For Training Sessions in inclement weather (cold, rain, etc...), players may ONLY wear:
- Official USLA Players Tracksuit - Jacket & Pants. (If purchased as a team)
- Solid color long-sleeve underneath jersey (must be the same color as Jersey)
- Solid color tights underneath shorts (must be the same color as the shorts)
4. Players are required to bring their entire uniform to every game. This includes:
- Player issued USLA Home Jersey, Away Jersey, Blue Shorts, and Blue socks
- Gray Standard issued USLA Training Shirt
- Shoes (soccer cleats)
- Shin Guards must be worn. If child fails to arrive without these, they will NOT be allowed to play in game.
- Official USLA Backpack (if purchased as a team)
- Socks must be pulled up.
- No Jewelry (to include earrings, watches, necklaces, rings, etc...)
5. For Games Played in inclement weather (cold, rain, etc...), players may ONLY wear:

7. Only the Official USLA Backpack may be utilized for training & game days. All bags should be lined up accordingly behind player bench.
