Urban Soccer Leadership Academy (USLA)  is a non-profit and educational organization whose mission is to establish a neighborhood based, youth leadership service development program where students of all ages can learn the fundamentals of soccer in an environment that encourages integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership while enhancing pride in the community. We strive to provide San Antonio’s urban youth opportunities to build character, learn civic responsibility and develop social and leadership skills through the soccer experience.
